About the founder of Refocus Workshop!

Refocus was established by Geraldine Wachholz. Having previously had a successful commercial career, Geraldine pursued a life-long ambition to offer others a service that would enhance their overall wellbeing. During the last 6 years, Geraldine has become qualified in Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Facial Massage and Hopi Ear Candling.

Geraldine has established relationships with clinics in the Sussex area and works in partnership with professional practitioners to offer a complete range of services to clients. Refocus has established a reputation as offering a professional, client-focused service and continues to grow year on year as clients come via recommendations.
